sun by day
help guide us now
to find our way

tactically forlorn

doomed to disgrace
unfathomable monsters
they stand at my gate

bless it and kiss it
and send it to bed
fatigue makes one weary
cofuses the brain
be glad there's a Guardian
to make the soul sane
Guardian ,Keeper, Deliverer from sin
cleanses the heart
so we are allowed In
grateful and humbled by
lifes overtures
but protected
defended
taught by the Best
the only relief
that gives the soul rest

how do my days pass?

in rapid succession
a blur at the end of each day
help me to grasp
the purpose of living
before it slips away
how to remember the passing adventure
and Who the adventures about
how can i serve your causeless
munificient nature
and make every moment count
help me help all those around me
keep me not negligent
give me the wisdom
to assist them where they are at
to come to Your divine directions

get all excited
as one incurrs the strife
give me a handle
that will curb my mind
and center it on the divine

so many desires
need to distill
